Rudder wave again at cruising altitude

Today I made my first short flight (from EDDH to EDDF) with version B61.10.1. When I reached flight level 180 the rudder started to wave again. The problem was solved. The rudder filter file is available in my FMGS server directory. Is the problem there again? Can anyone else confirm this?
