Hi ive found an Missing offset for the NAV Lights

Nav Light have 3 Positions in Jeehell OFF / 1 / 2

But in Offset list there only offsets for ON or OFF 78EE / 11 - 12

you will not see any difference in the software behavior wether its sys1 or sys2 so I left only ON/OFF.
