PERF_EFB

Hello everyone
the PERF_EFB application from our friend Jean-Luc seems promising.
but I am unable to do anything with it.
1- do people use it?
2- is there any documentation (even summary)
3- is it linked to FMGSA320 (data input output) works alone?
4- I don't understand the syntax for wind
5- MTOW and CONF always?? Green
