The idea for this tool came up during Worldflight 2022 and was driven by the “what's next syndrome”. We had discussed that it would be nice if the LOADSHEET from TOPCAT was sent to the cockpit via the Hoppie network. The other idea quickly came up that an inflight message with assignment of the gate would also be a great extension.

The result is software with the following functions:

Sending the LOADSHEET from TOPCAT

• Manually
• when a new loadsheet is found
• when a defined door has been opened and closed

Send an InFlight message <= 50nm before the target

• contains a gate assignment that takes into account whether the gate is occupied by AI traffic and preferentially assigns the appropriate airline gates
• Contains Connection Flights (Pax Info List)
• Sent when the aircraft is <= 50nm away from the destination airport or manually

I think the simbrief export part (leonardo MD80) have the nessesary informations.

Yes, a SimBrief integration is already included. I added some other features like "toggle GSX Keys". Is in final testing.
I am thinking of making it payware after a looooong periode of freeware projects.

Es hat schon was wenn GSX integriert ist.
Allerdings arbeitet der eine oder andere auch mit cpdlc und steuert damit GSX oder hast du nen Weg gefunden damit die lästige
Menuauswahl wegfällt?
Ich finde das mit dem Loadsheet sehr nice zumal es über Topcat manchmal nicht klappt.
Ne Integration von Simbrief finde ich schon nice, zumal Navigraph dsa nicht anbietet.

There is a "hidden switch" included to enhance the "Ground operations tab" especially for users of my GSX script.
In this case:

- PAX will be taken from the Loadsheet
- CPDLC AOC Menu no longer needs to be used (if you want to)
- this differs to the "normal GSX" version by triggering my script

Peter, soon you will be release your newest tool "Loadsheet2Hoppie" i assume. This means you´ll find yourself confronted with the "whats next Syndrome" again.
Wouldn´t it be a cool idea to develop an EFB for Jeehell which mimics the FlySmart EFB software used by Airbus.
The one which is integrated in the new Fenix A320 for MSFS seems to been done very good, because our real A320 Pilot is really impressed. IMHO you would be the one who would have the abilty to do something like this. And we Jeehell enthusiasts are desperate for an integrated EFB where we can manage the W & B, Performance calculation like TopCat, GSX integration for Groundhandling etc.

I would, and i´am sure others agree, pay a reasonable price for such an add-on.

Thanks Bernd. It just needs some time to create the documentation and a YouTube video. And finally the last feature was finished last weekend. But I'm sick at the moment, so it's all a bit delayed. My plan is still to put it "under the tree" though....

My tool is able to control GSX without watching on the simulator screen. All can be done within the tool. For sure the dialog is still persistant on the simulator screen (as there is no other posibility from FSDT).

For us simulator captains using a windows tablet or an instructor PC its a good way to handle it.

Right. It works on a network PC using Wide FS. Thats the way me and the BETA team used it.

No issues when using both parallel.

First of all congrats to this new software! Really looking nice!
Only caviat is that the GSX menu remains visible on the main visual screen.

As this is no option for me, I plan to use your tool without GSX. But one question related to this: would I be able to open/close doors without GSX and to trigger the loadsheet transfer? I am not aware of any FMGS integrated functionality to control doors.

Thanks for the feedback Michael. I can test if its possible to reduce the visible size of the menu to a minimum. This would make the menu nearly unvisible.

Yes, the Loadsheet and In-Flight feature works reagardless from another script. It just monitors the door as one option to trigger the loadsheet. I will soon make a YouTube Video to show all this.

Looking forward for your videos. Maybe you can help me already upfront - how excactly would I trigger the loadsheet sending, when sitting in the cockpit?
I wonder, if I could change the door status myself? I've seen the "door tool" from Dieter. But as far as I've understood, this only monitors the door status.

If you have the options in Settings set to "Send loadsheet after door closes" and to monitor "Door 1", then simply pressing the default Shift + E key combination should open the front PAX door (Door 1). Then when you press Shift + E a second time that should close the door and trigger sending the loadsheet via the Hoppie network. So you should see a Company Message within a few seconds and the loadsheet will be available in the received messages.
If you don't have a keyboard in the cockpit then you would need to find a way to assign Shift + E to a hardware button (unused button on existing hardware, Stream Deck, etc.).
Ideally, none of this would be required if you have access to a Windows PC/tablet in the cockpit as Peter's program offers the ability to "Toggle Door 1" on the "GND Ops" tab.
Yet another option is to use Peter's freeware script (JeeHell EXT PWR by GSX) so that doors are managed automatically for you (among many other nice features).

Yes. The doors an normal P3D function.
Sorry guys the video have to wait a little as my Sim PC is in maintainance due to USB issues. Hope I get it back soon.
