Hey guys!
Its going forward!

I am glad.
However, I have strong doubts that the additional programs and sceneries will work properly. P3D is no longer lucrative for many third party developers.
It remains to be seen.

It works. Next release will have proper installation paths.

I have also made two flights with p3d v6. My subjective impression is that the performance of the v6 is significantly better than that of the v5. Especially the landing approach is much smoother. I often had stutters exactly in this span phase, which simply could not be eliminated.
So far, the weather radar does not work yet. Let's see if it works again with the next update of JL FMGS.

Do you use the volumetric clouds or the legacy clouds? And you need ActiveSky anyway for the weather radar snapshot.

Yes, have enabled volumetric clouds in p3dv6. Problem comes from the the new cloud structures in v6? I will disable the setting on a trial.
