weather engine

hello guys!
ActiveSky makes me crazy!
There are so many quick weather changes, that cought not be realistic.
Did anyone have another weather engine witch make the right file for jeehell?
Or can anyone help me to make better settings (like the old FSUIPC "smooth weather change").
