Minor detail, but if you go to the IRS INIT page and change either the LAT or LONG with the arrow keys, at numerous parking spots (but not all), the rounding of the LAT would go to "xx.10N" instead of "xx.0N" when changing the value up from "xx.9N" or down from "xy.1N".
