The WB Manager can't be started. The error message immediately appears stating that the borland.dll is missing.

You'll find the file in the \A320FMGS\FMGS Server folder. I copied it to the WBManager folder yesterday for testing and was able to start it. I haven't used it yet, though. I suddenly had problems with MCE again and had to fix that first.

You're right, it works.
I looked at it and decided to stick with Topcat, it makes more sense.
What problems are you having with MCE? It works flawlessly for me.
