Hi Jean Luc,
I just made two test flights with the new FBW.EXE.
I did the first flight again without Active Sky under the same conditions.
I did the same for the second flight, but with Active Sky.
Due to the scenery, I always have the short drop-out at exactly the same point.
The Airbus flies absolutely smooth, no shaking for me.
Good work.
Just out of prying, would you tell us how you did it?

I believe issue is with performance on fmgs server PC. There are a lot of computations to do (FMGS server, fsxconnect, few, etc). Sometimes the FBW is running out of time and between cycles it takes too long. I tried to take into account that effect.

thank you for your explanation. If I now want to use a more powerful PC, what is to be decided, the CPU, RAM or hard disk.
I'm assuming definitely the CPU, but does the software need as much RAM as possible and possibly an SSD?
What would be your recommendation?

HI Jean Luc,
the new FBW.exe didn't work for me... no thrust and some reverser messages on the ECAM.
I guess, this is because I am still on B57?
@Dieter, which version did you fly for your test?

It of course works only with latest release...

CPU is the most important. RAM is less critical. Hard drive is almost not a factor because there is almost no file access after all sur are started.

Hi MIchael,
I use the latest 58.0.2 version. And for me the new fbw works pefect.
Update from B57 to B58 is easy, backup your Aircraft, if you have another model.

I upgraded to B58.0.2 and installed the new FBW.exe on both, the FMGS server PC and the P3D PC. But unfortunately I still have the shaking. No difference at all.
I am using an i7-4790k@4GHz on the FMGS server. Besides FMGS, only Skalarki Profiler is running. All hardware (sidesticks, rudders, throttle, panels) are connected there too.

Hi Michael,
Why do you have fbw.exe on p3d PC?

Hi Michael,
Why do you have fbw.exe on p3d PC?
I first tried with replacing the FBW.exe only on the FMGS PC, but still experienced the shaking. So I thought, it might need to be replaced on P3D PC, too...

not used during the test flight

I can confirm Michael's statement.
After reading this from Michael, I did the same flight today without Active Sky.
Unfortunately, the Airbus wobbles again at the well-known point.
@Michael
Did you do any tweaks for the P3D?
Since P3D4 I don't use any tweaks.

Thank you for the additional testing, Dieter.
At least I know now, that it’s not only me. I don’t use any tweaks, either.
Maybe others can test this flight (EDDL05R - DL013 - MISGO) too, to provide JL with more insights.
Because it is only happening at some waypoints. This one (DL013) seems to be reproducable.

Hello.
It also does it to me since version B57, but not always. Sometimes it goes very well and sometimes it doesn't. The truth is that I understand less and less. I've updated the FBW and it's still the same. The same my computer is already old. I have asked characteristics to remove from the main computer the ND and PFD that consume a lot of resources for a Mini PC, I had it on an Intel i3 for a long time and it kept disconnecting me. After all the work and time I've been working on hardware, there are times when I consider leaving everything! But I think that after JL's work, I can't afford to throw in the towel. I will continue fighting to have my cabin.
Thank you very much, J.L.

Hello
Short question:
You connect the PC's with a network cable and have the network profile set to "Private"? think wlan is not stable enough and "public" also leads to problems
Have you installed ORBX Germany South or Germany North? This has always caused me to crash.

if you can reproduce it easily, I need a video of the SD FLT CTL PAGE starting just before it happens and then for the duration of it (or at lest a few seconds if it does not stop by itself). It need ot see if pitch or roll or yaw channel starts first.

Hello Stephan,
A WLAN in the Home Cockpit makes no sense at all. Of course I connected everything by cable and the network has 1000 MBit.
The settings for private network have no effect at all, this is only for security reasons. However, the speed is not affected and therefore has no effect.
Yes, I have installed all ORBX products for Europe, including GES and GEN. GES keeps causing stuttering, but it doesn't cause me to crash.

Hi JL,
I'll do that early next week and create a video with the SD page in the simulator.

Hello, we had this same problem on the first flight under B58, we were on LFBD/LFBD rwy 23 (CN5A SID) with ActiveSky P3D V4.5 and weather history on Thursday May 13 around 10 a.m. (rotten weather). Just before ND(NDB) 5000 ft autopilot 1. This stopped when the Nav changed course to join VAGNA.
also, but this may not be related, we got a message green line red writing in p3d "table error TBL404".
we stopped and restarted everything and there was no table error.
Good weekend to all

hello dieter
On a flight from LSZH to EDDM I regularly had crashes over Lake Constance and on a flight from LSZH to LFLL I regularly had crashes over LSGG. Since I uninstalled GES, I no longer have such problems.

All,
I have seen the "aircraft shaking" issue on previous flights (and not just with B58). I always thought it was associated with a "long pause" or drop in FPS.
Recently I have seen the issue while using real-world traffic (PSXseecon) and I suspect it is due to a bad AI model/livery (I have close to 5,000 of those). In that case if I stop the traffic injection everything goes back to normal (FPS goes back up and the plane stabilizes itself). So I don't think the issue is directly related to weather.
This being said, I wanted to run the flight described above and see what happens. Here is a link to the
video . I did not see any issue during my test flight. Please let me know if I might have incorrectly tried to reproduce it.
I use P3Dv5.3 HF2 on an I9 11900K with FMGS B58.0.2. I do have ORBX GES and GEN installed. I do run the FMGS server on the same computer. Captain and FO instruments run on two separate computers.

Hi Thierry,
you can reproduce it with this flightplan: EDDL05R DL013 MISGO LMA DL011 DL012 NATOS EDDL05R / FL40
The problem starts with the first left turn at waypoint DL013
