Once in a while I get a PTU Fault after starting the engines. This is on a CFM56-equipped aircraft. It doesn't seem to matter if I start #2 first or #1. The fault appears after the second engine has started. From my perspective I believe I am doing the same thing every time, so it is not clear what might be causing this.
Also, the PTU seems to be working as it is still showing in green on the Hydraulics page, but the fault does not go away.

Re: PTU Fault
I can confirm this. It is also not clear to me when the error appears and the PTU is working properly so far.
I ignored the error in each case, because it had no effect on the flight

Re: PTU Fault
Thanks for taking the time to confirm that you have seen this issue as well. Not a big deal indeed, but I thought I would at least document it.

Re: PTU Fault
Hi . I also can confirm this...
But somehow not always ... And yes this has no impact on flight.
