with the version B61.3.8 the problems after landing always there, no chance to steer with the steering tiller or the rudder

For me everything works, so I dont know. Could be old version of P3D/FSX which causes that.
Try to edit C:\A320FMGS\FMGS Server\PERF\CFM\aircraft.ini with following lines:

Try various settings here for these two lines (yes/no etc)

There is no reason here, except if something is slowing down the software. Post your FMGS server logs at least.
Did you redo calibration and navdata?

With the latest version B61.13.1 I have a new problem with the fuel weight. I load it with TopCat and P3D shows me that I have loaded e.g. 5800kg. In the ECAM it only shows me 4390kg (it's not always the same). When the engines are running, I had a GW of 4400kg.
I think something is wrong and I've gone back to the previous version.

Check in P3D how the fuel is loaded, it is possible it was overwritten at some point…
It’s best to load the fuel before running the software.

Hello, I too had surprising reactions with the fuel. But it ended up being ok by restarting everything. (13.1 and at home on 2 pc installation, not on the simu), in the evening at the club, around 8:30 p.m. I do the update on the simu and on all the pcs, also update AIRACS. When I was finished I launch the simu and there it tells me UPDATE...new version of Jeehell! I thought it was an error but no (13.2), Jean Luc works too much!!
Ok I did cancel, the friends wanted to fly... (play actually...). Now at home I do this 13.2 and at launch the updater wakes up again!? Am I damned?, why does the updater get excited like that?

In any case, thank you Jean Luc for all this work.

using TPCAT affects 10 T of the ZFW by clearing the two JEEHELL variables "Adjust. FWD & Adjust.AFT" = 4535.93 1 & 4559.97 Kg. to solve this problem I included in my sioc the automatic repositioning to the initial values ​​if ever they went to 0 (during the topcat action).

I have the same problem since version B61.13.2. Only about half of the calculated fuel quantity is sent from TopCat to JeeHell FMGS. TopCat sends the data via WideFS. When sending the data again, the amount is increased, but never the total amount of fuel.
