Problem with approach speed

Post by bence_barsony12 »

Hi,
Recently I updated from B55 to B61 (clean install) with P3D V4.5 and I have some problems with the airspeed. While I'm on approach, the alpha floor is just way too high for my config, with flaps 3/full the alpha floor barrier is all the way up to 150 knots, while the pitch is 0-5 degrees, and the CG is 25.
I have tried everything that I could find on this forum, including changing the simpatch sleeptime to 180000, without any success.
I attach log files for the simpatcher and the server.
Could you please help me resolving this problem?
Thanks,
Bence

Your sim patch log indicates a problem.
Do you have particular addons?
Try to change the sleep time in simpatch.ini file to a higher value. (180000 is a minium, try 240000).
Avoid changing stuff from P3D menus as much as possible.

Hi,
I only have airport sceneries installed in addition to the FMGS, and I use FS Flightcontrol for the management of the sim, usually I don't fumble with the settings. Unfortunately, changing the sleep time didn't solve my problem. :/

try to not change position with fs flight control until the simpatcher has loaded correctly (OK message in the P3D addons menu).

I found that until I move the aircraft everything works as intended, but the moment I move it with fsfc, errors start to pop up in the simpatcher log. Can this problem be resolved somehow? It is very important to me to be able to move the aircraft without restart.
I attach the log file.

I have exact the same problem as described.
"While I'm on approach, the alpha floor is just way too high for my config, with flaps 3/full the alpha floor barrier is all the way up to 150 knots"
But I don't use FS Flightcontrol.

And i have often the problem with the error "change table error tbl404" as I can see in the simpatch.log from Bence.
This error occurs, if i change the Airport or go to the Settings from P3D. E.g. Sound Settings.
Then The Error tbl404 is displayed. This happens often, but not always.

I would be interested to know what this error message means.

Hi JL,

I found my problem. The change table error occurs, when I reload the Aircraft.
In some situations I must reload the Aircraft.
Any hints?
