in the simpatchlog.txt i have "CD0 removed a changed entry"

I noticed that an entry "CD0 removed a changed entry" and "Cn_r removed a changed entry" suddenly appeared in my Simpatchlog.txt.
This takes about 15 minutes after "Tables Found" is displayed.
What does this mean?
