Instructor Operating Station (IOS) Recommendation

Hello all, I am a novice in this home cockpit simulator community. Recently I installed the Jeehell A320 and the FS-FlightControl IOS Trial Version. I found that the functions do not match my expectation. I was looking for an IOS offering the ability to:
1. Save MCDU state
2. Quick Panel State Switching (cold & dark to engine running)
3. Engine Model Switching
4. Failure Triggering

May I know any alternative that can fulfil the above-mentioned ability? Many thanks.
