Glide-Slopes not correct

Post by stevie320 »

Hi all,

I checked with Hervé Sors software before running NAV update on all Pc´s.
But still some ILS (glide-slope) are not showing correct.

Do you have an idea why ?
regards,

stevie

The description was a bit inaccurate, sorry.
It's not about the glideslope display in the PFD, but about the flight path to the runway. the glideslope does not lead to the correct touchdown point, the aircraft either lands in front of the runway, or far behind the actual touchdown point, following the indicated glideslope.
regards,

stevie

Hello Steve and Jean Luc,
Would the glide problem be present on an msfs 2020 visual combined with wideview? if yes is there the same problem on your P3D master visual?
the sceneries are not the same... this is just an idee.
good to you

Is it on vanilla P3D airport?
Post your c:\A320FMGS\navdata\Fsscenery.cfg file.

It happened e.g. at EDDK-airport (ILS 14L), EDDF (ILS 25R), LPPT (ILS 02) ...

Here is the Fsscenery.cfg file you mentioned Jean-Luc :

[Scenery]
scenery.cfg=C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\scenery.cfg
FSfolder=C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\
AerosoftPath=C:\Users\Flusi-PC\AppData\Roaming\JeeHellWare
Add-ons.cfg=C:\Users\Flusi-PC\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\add-ons.cfg
Add-ons.cfg2=C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\add-ons.cfg
ip=127.0.0.1

Thanks,
regards,

stevie

I have the same issue at EDDK 14L ( touchoint before RWY)

Maybe a scenery or Navdata issue? I am using Aerosoft EDDK + ORBX GES and Navigraph Data.

Michael

In your Fsscenery.cfg add/edit the line (you can change EDDK to any airport where you have issues...):

Code: Select all

MonitorARPT=EDDK
Then delete the bin files, recompile them and directly paste here the contents of c:\A320FMGS\logs\logNDB.txt AFTER the bin files compilation.
