Missing offsets / action IDs

Hello,
I'm trying to get my OEM 21VU running at the moment. Until now, everything was connected via Mobiflight and FSUIPC offsets. I had the issue that quite some buttons had no offsets mentioned in the PDF. I ended up with this list:

Buttons:
CALLS (all)
EMER CALL
CVR ERASE
CVR TEST
MASK MAN ON
EMER GEN TEST
GEN 1 LINE
EMER ELEC MAN ON
EVAC COMMAND
HORN SHUT OFF

Lights:
OXY PASS ON
GEN 1 LINE SMOKE

I was told that using FSUIPC is not really recommended for all buttons and I went over to Joystick inputs for the missing buttons. I found a lot of action IDs via the Configure Controls wich I was missing with the FSUIPC offsets and was able to get most of the buttons running. But the Calls (MECH, FWD, AFT) are not listed. Someone told me those where: 779, 774, 775. I wrote those IDs manual in the Controls.XML without any effect. He also has access to the API.

So where can I get the missing offsets/IDs?
Do I need to have the API to get them running?
Where is the API availabe?

What result do you expect with these 3 switches??

The Gong Sound playing in the background. When using the Software overhead panel the Sound is played when pressing the corresponding CALL button.

Apart from the calls, could you provide us the offsets for the missing lights?

All CALL buttons work now and are playing the Gong. The Action IDs mentioned above are correct. Make sure to assign them as push and release Event
