borlndmm.dll can not be found

I have installed version B58.2.1 After updating the navigation data I start the FMGS server to generate the bin files. When starting FMGS Server I get the error message that the file borlndmm.dll can not be found. But the file was installed in the directory WideFMGS. Tried to start FMGS Server again after a clean new installation. Same error message.

check your antivirus does not block this dll.

I disabled the antivirus program and restarted FMGS server. Same error message. I have also excluded the FMGS directory from virus scan and monitoring. I have always done it that way.
I start FMGS-Server on the master PC, because the scenerys are installed there. I only run the module FMGS_Server.exe to generate the bin files. Did not have the problem in the version before.

The problem exists when I install only Master P3D PC. If I also install FMGS server and AP/FBW, the error message does not appear. Is therefore probably not due to the anti-virus software.

Did you try to copy the borlndmm.dll to fmgs server folder?

I have copied the file to to the fmgs server folder. Fmgs server starts for a moment and disapear then (stops working).

Post your fmgs server log.
Try to open fmgs config there and save an empty configuration.
Delete any remaining navdata bin files before attempting to build the navdata again.
Run fmgs server on P3D pc with admin rights and make sure p3d is closed during navdata compilation.

I saved an empty configuration.
The remaining navdata bin have been deleted.
Still the same behavior. Here is the log file.

Seems you miss adacalc.dll as well try to find it on the remote computer

I have copied adacalc.dll from the remote computer to the master computer.
Now I get the following message.

Then I copied adacalcFS.dll to the master computer also.
Same error message.
