are there infos about compatibility with the new FDS E-Series MCDUs?

Im not sure if it depends on FDS Software or Jeehell or maybe both.

Is there any progress?

OK perfect. Try this hardware module DLL:

You have to put it in your c:\A320FMGS\Hardware Modules folder (if you don't have it, you need to reinstall the software, and add option for FSUIPC support for example).
To configure your units, you will need to start FMGS Config, it will make a new window appear with a few options, basically you need to enable both MCDUs and select the serial number of the unit you want for CPT & for FO.

just tested it, the keys work great, thanks a lot.
The announciators are not implemented right now? As they don’t work for me, but that’s not a big deal, I’m happy to use them now.

No the leds are not implemented in the soft in the first place , nothing to do with the FDS interface. Those are only very rarely lit.
