Navdata1 and navdata2 updates

Hello,
After updating the Jeehellware folder with the Navigraph manager, I duly compile the 12 bin files in the navdata folder and copy them to the ND's. So far so good. However, the navdata.dat files in the respective navdata1 and navdata2 folders do not get updated even after restart of the programs and the MCDU A/C status page shows the old date as the navdata cycle.
Am I suppose to manually update these files as well?
