ENG1 failure

Post by BlueBlood »

Hi,

Is there anyone have meet the problem, that after engine start up process, the ENG 1 failure for some seconds. and random failure when in route flight.
And it's only happened with ENG1. ENG2 always work fine.
Can't figure out why, every time I spend lots time restart ENG1 on ground, and need retry for 7 or 8 times for a success, but very easy failure again.

Good morning, sometimes engine number 1 really stops and has to be restarted. I never understood why, I thought it was something with the button but I checked it and it's not. This does not always happen, but many times it has already happened at takeoff and we are scared.

I got the similar issue with ENG1. B53.3.6.
At first, I thought there might be bad assignment of joystick button, but it is not the cause.

Make sure you do not have "engine stress causes damage" option in P3D realism options.

Hi JL,

As I checked my setting, "engine stress causes damage" has already unchecked for years up to now, ENG1 still shutdown randomly...some flights are smooth no ENG1 shutdown, some flights ENG1 shutdown twice.

I am using B53.3.6 on FSX, simpatcher.dll B52.0.0 is in used.

Try uncheck the "engine stress causes damage", still the same problem.
