Just did a quick check and if you set Settings > "Other Settings" (right bottom) > "Don't save" to "Both" corte Manager does not include SID and STAR into the route. This is set to "both" always on my setup, because i don´t want them in my upload to the FMGS....

make sure, you have the paths to P3D and the add-ons etc. correctly set in the scenery.cfg in the navdata folder of FMGS on the Machine where you run P3D itself. Important: make sure you create the bin files on the P3D PC! Then copy them to the FMGS-Server PC after they created.

have you verified the Data provided by upload from Topcat, on the INIT B page? Sometimes it happen that data get misssed while the upload via FSUIPC. If this is the case, it´s no problem to upload the data again unless they are correct what is immanent for FMGS.
