This works fine for me. I have both running on a dedicated JL server pc, separate from the P3D pc.

really strange. Unfortunately I do not use P3D v6 mysel, but it seems to work for the other users.

Do you still have v5 installed and can run it with the same version of FMGS?

Have you checked, if there are still any axis assigned within P3D?
Delete them all in P3D and only calibrate in FMGS.

On the Take Off page under Thrust Config I only have the "Normal T/O" option available.
I have tried different settings under the aircraft config page for the thrust policies, but it doesn't change the available settings.

How can I select TOGA take off in TOPCAT?
