I have solved the issue changing settings in Active Sky.
Now the airplane seems to fly without any wrong behavior.

Issue solved following the procedure, generating bin files in the pc where P3d is installed and copying them in the client pc where ND is running. I have Checked and corrected scenery.cfg paths also, thanks to Thierry that posted the contents. ILS is newly and correctly active in my SIM. Many thanks...

You can find all instructions to configure a Jeehell network in the Fmgs installation guide.
To find them,go to the Fmgs web site or search for the installation guide (pdf file) inside the A320 folder in the pc where you installed jeehell.
