Hello,

As you have noticed, the forum suffered yet another crash. The dedicated server hosting my forums died unexpectedly young. The hard drive of the server seem to be the culprit, now the server, hosted by Scaleway, won't restart.
The data on the server is all lost. There was no attack nor malicious actions as far as I could see.

After previous crash, I tried to ensure better safety with backup solutions, but it seems I missed critical portions of the database, or they got corrupted somehow between the beginning of the crash and the last backup I made. All backups I made were useless in any case, and that has taken me quite some time these last 48h...

Please make your best revive the forums again…

Sorry for the inconvenience.

New Fuel and Payload Tool Simbrief2FMGS

With version 61.1.3, it is no longer possible to refuel the Airbus with Topcat. In the meantime, I've taken the trouble to find the problem. As a result, I've programmed a small tool that reads both payload and fuel directly from the Simbrief OFP and then immediately transfers them to the simulator ...

Re: Fuel Error in latest Version

@Jean Luc
More than one of us uses a hardware cockpit that cost tens of thousands of euros. Everything should function as realistically as possible.
Nobody wants to use an additional tool to ensure the fuel is properly delivered to the aircraft. That's simply unsightly and spoils the workflow in ...

Re: Fuel Error in latest Version

For me personally, the program isn't useless, and your arguments are understandable. It changes and extends the flow of flight preparations.
I have two questions:
- How do I get to the ZFW CG or GW CG?
- Is a connection to SimBrief possible?

Stephan, I agree with you.
And Topcat is much better ...

Re: Fuel Error in latest Version

I get that you enjoy topcat for the computations, but the FSUIPC way to send fuel data is a lost cause. it's not easy to make it work, and it will not work whenever an MSFS version will come, because the software at that point will have a fully outside aero engine, fuel computations, etc etc. So ...

Fuel Error in latest Version

Hi JL,
I'm testing the latest version.
Refueling with Topcat (via FSUIPC) isn't possible.
The calculation of the fuel quantity is still wrong.
This version isn't usable.

Re: WB Manager error

Hi Stephan,

You're right, it works.
I looked at it and decided to stick with Topcat, it makes more sense.
What problems are you having with MCE? It works flawlessly for me.
