Wow, that’s wild. Any chance your working on a Linux version?
Thanks for your help and quick response. Much appreciated.

Re: ILS LOC not appearing or capturing
Hi JL, I set them up with everyone read access. When I copy the path in the FSScenery.cfg into the file explorer the location opens and the drives are accessible from explorer. I’ll try running without admin rights. Update, yep that seemed to work. So something with running the starter as non admin ...

Re: ILS LOC not appearing or capturing
Hey JL, Just trying to update the nav data for the new cycle and I cannot get the scanned bgl in the log to show folders other than 0. All my paths seems to be right but it never seems to scan. FSScenary.cfg is as above. image.jpg image.jpg Any thoughts? Do the paths that have spaces require quotes?...

Re: ILS LOC not appearing or capturing
Hi JL, Apologies for the delayed response. We did manage to get it working, by updating the FSScenery.cfg. I ended up mapping the network drives to letter and updated the `FSScenery.cfg` to point to the correct locations. After waiting for the navdata to build the problem was solved. [Scenery] scene...

Autosave files
Hi JL,
Can the autosave files be disabled in the FMGSServer folder? Autosave is turned off in the starter.ini, but I can not find a way to turn it off, and it sometimes seems to impact the engine start.
The files are called: AutoSave.bak.#. e.g Autosave.bak.1.

Re: Connection to Prepar3d when using FMGS on a separate PC
Yep, we can give it a go. I'm pretty sure we tried this, but I will confirm.

External lights and Wideview
Hi, JeeHell v60.10. I'm just capturing some information here. We use Prepar3d and Jeehell for our simulation; however, our visual uses MSFS, and we use Wideview to sync between Prepa3rd and MSFS. When using the new light system, the Simconnect vars may not be set and then not transferred via Widevie...

Re: Connection to Prepar3d when using FMGS on a separate PC
Thanks, balu69 and JL, for getting back to me. Both good suggestions Both machines' networks are configured as private networks, and both PC IPs are part of the same subnet. Thanks for the suggestion. Re Administrator, when I look at the processes in the process explorer, I see that they both run wi...

Re: Connection to Prepar3d when using FMGS on a separate PC
We updated Prepar3d; however, that did not resolve the issue. We have a workaround: open FXConnect first and then JeeHell via Starter.exe. We use the task scheduler in Windows to automate this when logged in. Note: For anyone else using the task schedule, the action section needs to include the 'sta...

Re: Connection to Prepar3d when using FMGS on a separate PC
HI, I've spent some more time looking at this and have changed the Simconnect port to 2048 to align with the setup of FSCommander, and it connects fine; however, after updating the Simconnect.cfg IPv4 port to 2048 in the FMGSServer folder, it still does not connect when starting JeeHell with the sta...

Re: Recently Updated
I don't believe there is any "data persisting". I do start/stop/restart the software many times without any issues like that. Are you really sure Skalarki is not at fault here, reading anything from maintenance panel even if deactivated? Thanks, Jean Luc; I will review the Skalarki settin...

Re: Connection to Prepar3d when using FMGS on a separate PC
Hi JL, Generally, we launch Prepar3d V5 first, then open JeeHell on the second computer. Yep, we are running the starter as administrator. I've had a couple of times where it would not connect, and I had to restart Prepar3d several times. I'm considering re-installing prepar3d, but I thought I'd che...

Connection to Prepar3d when using FMGS on a separate PC
Hi JeeHell, I was just wondering if you have any ideas about what might be causing this issue. Setup (Firewalls are off): Prepared PC - Runs Prepar3d V5, Simconnect Server JeeHell PC - Run FMGS server, OVH, Hardward connect, etc With Prepared running unpaused, we start JeeHell on the second PC; all ...

Re: Recently Updated
So, I think we have found what is causing this. Our setup uses P3d V5 on a separate PC from JeeHell FMGS. As such, in the older version (pretty old), when we close JeeHell and reopen it, all data is cleared and in a clean state. When using the new version if we only close and restart FMGSServer+ (st...
