Try to delete cpt config file for the MCDU, and redo the configuration.

Switch for GEAR UP position: on SW down action, select LDG GEAR UP in the list with push event.
Switch for GEAR DN position: on SW down action, select LDG GEAR DN in the list with push event.

You must not use the virtual panel at the same time as a hardware otherwise the virtual panel takes priority (it does not sync to the hardware).

Latest versions have a scaling possibility in the MCDU options, you can scale vertical and horizontal independently.

my software only sets the active freq from P3D, the stby is fully independent. Maybe mobiflight offers some scripting here that allows you to do that...

The fuel system was worked on, but the stations in the config file did not change. You may want to try pausing p3d before loading fuel, that may help.

Can you refuel using P3D menu?

it seems either P3D is "stalling" (P3D, not the aircraft), and has issues sending data to the network, or even has too low FPS.

make sure you get enough FPS in P3D (ideally over 30fps).

Check firewall, antivirus.
Did you recompile navdata?

Check in P3D how the fuel is loaded, it is possible it was overwritten at some point…
It’s best to load the fuel before running the software.

Make sure sim is not paused.
Open the AP/FBW app from the taskbar, select a profile (CFM usually) and click reload coefficients.
For EFIS baro setting on FO side, you need to open up FMGS server app from taskbar, then look for options like link CPT side tocFO side and set them to no.

out of curiosity, have you tried moving the spoiler levers when calibrating the flaps?
idf that does no make a difference, the problem is on skalarki side.
