That is a bug (the numerous devices) I have noticed but have no explanations. You should indeed make sure you have the correct amount of devices before doing anything or it may save corrupt devices.

@LH320: I just fixed that for a soon coming release. For everyone else, do you have any kind of issues with this new sound module? performance? Did you notice any improvement? (most notable one would be "crackling" when some ambient looping sounds are playing like air cond, avionics ventil...

Hmm this is strange.
In the xml, you have many <board> entries without any <ID>. I would delete those whole nodes.
Are all your devices USBs?
Also how many actual devices are plugged in?

This has to do with windows.
I have some network mapped drives as well for some other stuff, and use some command line script to set the drives. Whenever I reboot, I need to run the script twice (with & without admin rights).

Are you sure your network mapped drives are still working?
They may not be working if you use admin rights and you set them up without admin rights.

There are too many LEDs for the ACPs to make them workable with FSUIPC.

With latest versions, the starter induced xfr should no longer happen.

As for your questions
1. No it is not yet available as FSUIPC offset
2. This is only for people with real hardware for the xfr.

Depending on the airport the glide path antenna and the PAPI location may not match in p3d. Also if you use add-ons that can be a problem. that is a nice catch. It could very well be the culprit. Start defaults the working directory of all apps to it's own working directory. I fixed that, please test this starter:

It does allow individual sound setting, multiple selection in the list for a quick setup, and it still has the sound group feature for fast easy setup for those with only a couple soundcards...

Is this on all airports / runways? what is the airport used on your picture?

That is weird, it shuold work, I tweaked the starter for next update to see if it makes a difference.
Just deleting any one of these files will prevent the recovering process.

can you try starting without admin rights?
