Re: Strange behavior on FO ACP
Hi Jean Luc, This morning I installed both ACP software. This enabled me to see that the RAD switch no longer goes into the neutral position after activation. I found that strange, as the behavior is perfect when you only use the software panels. Finally I found the error. The neutral position was c...

Strange behavior on FO ACP
Hi Jean Luc, I'm coming back to a problem that I mentioned a long time ago, see here: https://jeehell.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=172 Based on this problem, I have now done the following. The PTT key is set to "A" in the intercom. In the programs that are operated via voice, I have also set ...

ACP Status Offset
Hi Jean Luc,
I'm looking for a way to read the status of the LED for the Mech Button on the ACP using an offset. I can't find anything in the documentation?

Re: ILS and PAPI do not match
@Bernd I agree with you that the ILS and the PAPI don't have to match exactly. But the deviation that I've documented here is very large. As JL already describes, who knows whether the PAPIs are in the right place. As far as I know, you can't adjust that. Nevertheless, I've seen the problem with the...

Re: ILS and PAPI do not match
Hi Stephan, I don't use camera tools. And I haven't changed the views either. I've already revised the airports in line with the current AIRAC's regarding ILS. But that didn't solve the problem either. An approach using ILS also works, but sometimes it means that you touch down too late. That depend...

ILS and PAPI do not match
Hello Jean Luc, In the last few months I've noticed that the ILS and PAPI are never correct when landing. I've tried a few things with the airports because I was looking for the error there. But thanks to Herve's tools I was able to rule that out. Could it be a software error? The screenshot shows t...

Suggestion for one of the next version for NW STRG DISC
Hi Jean Luc, GSX provides an Lvar that can be used to detect the pushback. It would be great if you could integrate this into the ECAM. Then the message "NW STRG DISC" could be displayed in the ECAM. At the moment I have the message displayed in the ECAM using an additional tool, but I nee...

vdev calculation error
Hi Jean Luc, on a flight from Melbourne to Auckland I found another error in your latest version. During the approach I had to change the runway from 05 to 23, technically everything was fine. But at 4.9nm bevor the runway, the MCDU showed me a vdev of -29980 feet. However, an ILS landing was possib...

Selected mode after TCAS action
And another question.
When the TCAS automatically climb or descent initiated, the speed is changed from managed mode to selected mode.
When the cruising altitude is reached again, the Airbus remains in selected mode.
Is that right?

RudderFilter.txt on FMGS Server
Hello Jean Luc,
one question.
Is the rudderfilter.txt also necessary if the fmgs server is running on the Prepar3d computer, or is it only needed if the fmgs server is running on a separate computer?

Re: Version 61.9.0 doesn't create new navdata
Okay, I found the Problem.
I don't know why, but there was an error in my fsscenery.cfg.
The Path for P3D was not right. After I correct this it works.

Re: Version 61.9.0 doesn't create new navdata
Hello Jean Luc,
there is no virus scanner. I recreate the navigation data every month.
That wasn't a problem at the beginning of this month either.
Apart from the update, nothing has changed for me.

Version 61.9.0 doesn't create new navdata
Today I installed the new version 61.9.0.
With this version it is not possible to create the navigation data.
In the Task Manager you can see that the server responds for a few seconds, then nothing happens for a longer period of time.
Regards Dieter

Hi JL,
I found my problem. The change table error occurs, when I reload the Aircraft.
In some situations I must reload the Aircraft.
Any hints?

Re: Problem with approach speed
I have exact the same problem as described. "While I'm on approach, the alpha floor is just way too high for my config, with flaps 3/full the alpha floor barrier is all the way up to 150 knots" But I don't use FS Flightcontrol. And i have often the problem with the error "change table...

Re: Wrong fuel calculation?
Okay, but 2137, 05 is rounded not 2130. And 2137,05 is the Real fuel per tank. So the Resultat can be 2137 or 2140. I don't understand your answer.

Wrong fuel calculation?
Hello Jean Luc, As I was just looking into the tanks of the A320, I found an error in the fuel displays. The total amount displayed and the amount in the individual tanks do not match. The amount filled up is also not calculated correctly. To me, that looks like a calculation error? Here is an examp...

Jeehell A320 Refuel Panel with SImbrief and GSX integration.
I have programmed a refuel panel for the Jeehell A320. The refuel panel reads the fuel quantity from the OFP from Simbrief if required. The refueling process can be carried out with GSX. The refuel panel can also be operated manually. A video about this can be found on my website https://a320-simula...

Re: Limiting Frames - best practise?
Hi Michael, based on my hardware (3x55 inches with NV 4080 Super) the following statement. My displays can only do 60Hz, so I locked the frames to 60 in P3D and Vsync is turned on. This meant I was able to get a smooth display without any micro-stutters. The whole thing works for me too, although I ...
